Responsible for accurate representation of all selling prices, discounts and commercial terms
Supporting seasonal wholesale processes
Analyzing existing workflows and identifying optimization opportunities
Supporting the sales and marketing teams at trade shows and events
Contributing to the ongoing development of the ERP and B2B system landscape

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a wholesale environment, operations, customer service or sales support – ideally in the sports or outdoor industry
Experience with ERP and B2B systems, ideally Microsoft D365 and Elastic
Excellent spoken and written German and English
Deep understanding of order-to-cash and international B2B processes
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Ability to identify optimization potential and proactively implement improvements within the team
Confident, respectful and peer-level communication with diverse stakeholders
Passion for mountain sports and sustainability
