About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business & share of wallet opportunities customers and prospects
Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services
Coordinate end to end sales process in order for a new customer on boarding
Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients
Meet clients to maintain and grow business relationship
Oversee line renewals and legal changes
New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability
Presentation of new products to prospects and clients once rolled out
Responsible for the development, planning and execution of a strategic account plan
Requirements
5+ years of relevant business experience
Post-Secondary Education preferred BA/BS
MBA is a plus
Proficient in English language is a must (both written and oral)
Experience within the vehicle management or a related financial/asset based industry is preferred
Desired among trucking industry
Willingness to travel up to 10% of time
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
World class negotiation skills with a proven track record of success
Strong customer focus with superior levels of customer satisfaction
Capable to negotiate with C-levels
