Role Overview
- Plan and launch ads: You set up campaigns on Meta, TikTok & others, deploy them, monitor performance metrics, and optimize until they run effectively.
- Develop content ideas: You have a feel for what works on social and translate that into formats for our channels.
- Produce content: From idea to finished post—concept, copy, editing, and publishing.
- Think proactively rather than just executing tasks: What can we test, what can be improved?
Requirements
- You are a registered student—ideally studying Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- You are at home on social media and understand platforms from the inside: formats, trends, timing.
- Initial experience with ads or content creation—whether from an internship, your own channel, a university project, or personal curiosity.
- You work independently and reliably—remote for us means trust, not micromanagement.
- Excellent German and a good sense of tone and voice.
