Managing end-to-end business analysis in a global environment and contributing to application integration efforts.

Gathering, documenting, and validating both functional and non-functional requirements for customized billing systems and Oracle Receivables platforms.
Managing and maintaining the product roadmap for billing applications, ensuring alignment with business needs, project schedules, and resource availability.
Developing comprehensive user stories, process flows, and functional specifications with precision and clarity for effective implementation.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Operations) to ensure effective execution and delivery of roadmap items.
Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) through creating test cases and organizing testing activities effectively.
Analyzing existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement, maintaining thorough knowledge of ordering workflows, and creating capability matrices for applications.
Requirements
Possess expertise in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems analysis.
Have experience with Billing and Accounts Receivables platforms (e.g., e-commerce systems, B2B/B2C portals, Oracle Fusion)
Demonstrate expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrate expertise in overseeing various projects or workstreams concurrently, with exceptional ability to prioritize effectively.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio effectively to support project management, collaboration, and process visualization tasks.
Demonstrate expertise with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, alongside exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
Handle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
