Business / Systems Analyst

Aequilibrium is looking for a highly analytical Business / Systems Analyst to join their enterprise digital banking modernization project. The role focuses on bridging the gap between technical delivery and operational reality, ensuring a seamless transition to the new digital banking platform.

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate functional and technical requirements against business objectives
• Conduct comprehensive operational impact assessments to identify gaps between legacy workflows (Forge 2.0) and future-state workflows
• Validate member experience workflows, UI/UX configurations, and custom branding needs
• Drive readiness planning for branches, the contact centre, and operations teams, including drafting internal policy and procedure updates
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers in Agile delivery teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in software development projects
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping complex operational workflows and business rules
• Experience facilitating workshops, managing business validation testing, and coordinating business cutover readiness
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Deep expertise in business analysis within the financial services, retail banking, or credit union sectors
• Strong understanding of digital banking member experiences
• Experience in large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects
