Business Analyst with healthcare

Diverse Lynx is seeking a Business Analyst with healthcare plan domain experience to gather and document business requirements. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and Agile/Scrum teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience in Product Owner/Project Owner responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholders and Agile/Scrum teams to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Perform requirement mapping and support successful project delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, and documentation skills are essential

Requirements:

• Product owner/Project owner with Plan domain experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the required skills
• Minimum 6 years of overall work experience
• Healthcare Plan domain experience
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Experience in Product Owner/Project Owner responsibilities
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong documentation skills
