About this role

Support the organization and planning of the department’s routines, such as data collection, structuring databases, and updating reports.
Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to organize information, apply basic formulas, and assist with data cross-references.
Show active interest in learning about analysis tools, Business Intelligence (BI), and performance metrics.
Document processes and maintain clear communication about the progress of analyses and tasks.
Interact with the team and other internal departments to source and validate numerical information.
Attend onsite workdays for mandatory training and work remotely on other days.

Structured logical reasoning and comfort working with numbers.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Genuine interest in learning about data analysis and a results-oriented culture.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the critical thinking to identify inconsistencies.
Good verbal and written communication skills to explain information clearly.
High school diploma.
Currently enrolled in higher education is a plus.
