Develop communication materials aligned with the brand positioning, focusing on audience acquisition, engagement and education;
Produce content for digital and offline channels, such as social posts, emails, graphic materials, brochures and presentations;
Contribute to scripting for institutional videos, case studies, brand campaigns and training content;
Plan, implement and optimize SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to increase the brand's organic visibility;
Plan, execute and monitor the brand's presence on social media, ensuring relevance and engagement;
Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign results, generating insights for continuous improvement;
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the quality of deliverables;
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop clear, personalized and effective communications;
Support initiatives related to the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to marketing and communications;
Partner with designers, copywriters and other teams to ensure consistency, innovation and alignment of activities.

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising/Publicity, Public Relations, Business Administration or related fields;
Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt tone and language for different channels and audiences;
Experience managing social media and producing blog content;
Knowledge of copywriting, branding and communication best practices;
Familiarity with metrics analysis and digital marketing monitoring tools;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel;
Interest in and familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing, such as ChatGPT, automation tools and data analysis;
Strong interpersonal communication, creativity, organization, proactivity and aesthetic sensibility.
