Leverage external solutions—including CRO partnerships, digitalization, and AI—to improve cost efficiency, accelerate delivery, and enhance quality across R&D.
Serve as a business partner to R&D functions, helping identify cost optimization opportunities, develop practical solutions, and support implementation.
Monitor trends in the R&D CRO/FSP market to inform category strategy.
Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders and provide supply market intelligence to support business planning and sourcing decisions.
Lead supplier relationship management activities to strengthen strategic vendor partnerships and support long-term business value.

BS/BA degree in related discipline and 10+ years of experience; or, MS/MA degree in related discipline and 8+ years of related experience; or, Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and contract management systems.
