Full P&L Ownership: Manage financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profit & loss (P&L) optimization
Strategic Advisory: Move beyond standard data collection to articulate the financial impacts of both short and long-term business visions
Process Transformation: Evaluate and optimize existing workflows, challenging current structures to build more proactive, automated, and effective financial infrastructure, and identify expense saving opportunities

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years’ experience in financial analysis
At least 2 years’ experience with financial modeling
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance (preferred)
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (preferred)
3+ years’ experience in financial analysis (preferred)
3+ years’ experience with financial modeling (preferred)
1+ years’ experience with GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) (preferred)
1+ years’ experience with Enterprise AI Tools (Gemini, Claude) (preferred)
1+ years’ experience with internal financial systems (XStream, Finsight, Coupa) (preferred)
