Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience
- Strong consultative skills for building relationships
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences
- Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus
