Role Overview
- Act as a Recruitment Partner for Business Leaders
- Propose and execute programs in Employer Branding, Diversity & Inclusion
- Engage closely with Business Operations’ Managers and Hiring Managers
- Drive informed, data driven decisions
- Responsible for operational speed to procure offers and conduct negotiations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in managing end to end recruitment
- Strong verbal and written business communication
- Ability to develop clear, actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills, ability in creating and maintaining dashboards
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience working on various HR applications including Applicant Tracking System
