Role Overview
Identify and cultivate relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and intermediaries to drive consistent deal flow
Lead the full placement process: structuring capital stacks, preparing offering materials, running lender processes, negotiating term sheets, and shepherding all parties to close across debt and equity mandates
Serve as a trusted advisor by translating real-time capital markets conditions into actionable guidance
Use technology, data tools, and workflow systems to run a high-volume, well-organized deal process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
3+ years in CRE capital markets with a focus on debt placement or structured finance
Deep fluency across the capital stack: structuring, underwriting, lender sourcing, term sheet negotiation, and closing
Comfort working independently across the full advisory cycle from origination through funded close
