Perform a variety of secretarial tasks, including drafting, formatting, updating, producing and proofreading information documents from multiple departments
Perform various administrative duties related to internal operations (sales follow-up, dashboards, expense report monitoring, inventory and equipment management, performance evaluations, etc.)
Support the manager in managing and monitoring their calendar, calls, emails and mail
Prepare and attend various meetings, including management committee meetings; take minutes and ensure follow-up on action items
Assist with the logistical organization of events (team meetings, committees, assemblies, travel, public relations activities, etc.)
Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and monitor the budget throughout the year (analysis and explanation of variances).
Requirements
Trade school diploma in a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced written proficiency in French
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint and related tools
