Field Service Engineer

Role Overview

• Service Beckman Coulter products at the customer facility
• Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives
• Drive a sense of urgency to ensure the customer needs are addressed promptly with an emphasis on a “first time fix”

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science or equivalent military experience
• 1+ year experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting challenges with instrumentation using a variety of methods
• Overnight travel 10%
• 50%
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to occasionally lift, lower and move up to 50 lbs.
