Support the reorganization of the cost center structure and the management chart of accounts.
Develop and improve controls to ensure correct execution of the financial area's operational processes.
Prepare and monitor management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Assist with the monthly financial close, consolidating information and ensuring data reliability.
Provide support to business areas with financial analyses, helping to build scenarios and projections.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and efficiency gains for financial processes.
Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, identify deviations and propose corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or financial areas.
Knowledge of financial planning, budget preparation and monitoring, and results analysis.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, among other functions).
Analytical, organized profile with good communication skills.
