Provide support and maintenance for the SAP S/4HANA environment, HANA database, SAP PO, SAP GRC-NFE, SAP SSO + IDM, ensuring environment stability;
Handle client requests, improvements, configurations and demands via the ticketing tool: SAP Rise.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
Solid experience with: SAP HANA, SAP COCKPIT, SAP S/4 Fiori, SAP PO, SAP IDM, SAP GRC-NFE, SAP GRC-AC, Solution Manager (Monitoring, LMDB, EWA Report, DVM Report), SLD/SLT, Content Server, Web Dispatcher, Cloud Connector, and Linux operating systems;
Familiarity with virtualization platforms, integration with backup tools, and networking;
