Requirements
- Governance of SAP programs (ERP, SuccessFactors, integrations, and migrations).
- Standardization of methodologies for transformation projects.
- Integrated management of multiple vendors.
- Consolidation of master schedules and dependencies across workstreams.
- Executive reporting for Steering Committees and executive leadership.
- Management of corporate risks and escalations.
- Implementation of dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
- Definition of success metrics and expected program benefits.
- Coordination of change governance, decision-making, and lessons learned.
