Responsible for installations, training and service of advanced X-ray systems at customer sites across China, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan
Part of an experienced global Service and Technical Support team
Work hands-on in the field, building strong relationships with customers and partners
Travel more than 150 days per year for on-site work
Carry out installations, maintenance, and technical training as needed
Handle remote support cases and manage RMA and warranty cases

Solid background as a Field Service Engineer within high-tech industries
A few years of experience in a similar role
Experience working with European companies or customers
Understanding of how to operate across both European and Asian business cultures
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required), Korean (considered a plus)
Valid residence permit for China
At least a BSc in engineering, physics or related field (or equivalent experience)
