As Business Controller, you act as a central sparring partner for the executive management and the management teams of the group companies
You are responsible for organizing and further developing the control system, ensuring transparency and aligning controlling-related processes
Business Partnering: You serve as the interface between executive management, local management and the Controlling teams of the group companies
Planning & Forecasting: Together with management, you prepare local planning, validate KPIs and coordinate the forecast
Reporting & Performance Management: You further develop management reports, conduct ad-hoc analyses, prepare presentations and provide commentary on business performance
Scenario Analyses & Business Cases: You prepare decision-making material for investments, strategic initiatives, scenario analyses and M&A projects
Processes, Tools & Special Projects: You drive the further development of finance processes and tools and support the roll-out of group-wide controlling and reporting standards as well as cross-functional projects
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Economics or a comparable field
Several years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling or Corporate Finance, ideally in an international technology or software company
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning and reporting tools; very good understanding of business models and processes; experience in projects and in collaborating with stakeholders; ability to prepare complex financial and business topics in a clear and understandable way
Independent and structured working style, assertiveness and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders up to C-level
Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
