Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead Potential Partners through every stage of the sales process from initial contract to closing.
Conduct Engaging Presentations: Present benefits of joining our network directly to business owners and decision-makers.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage expectations, overcome objections, and finalize partnership agreements.
Maintain CRM Accuracy: Log all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting.
Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and activity targets.
Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach and strategies.
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience in a role requiring outbound customer contact, such as cold calling, telemarketing, canvassing, or retail sales.
Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication style, especially over the phone and in virtual presentations.
Genuine desire to help others and provide a positive experience when navigating complex conversations.
Ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
Tenacious attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive approach to achieving targets.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback to continuously improve sales performance.
