Outbound Sales Representative

Role Overview

• You will be the first point of contact for potential business customers.
• Your goal is to generate interest, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Outbound telephone outreach to companies (B2B outbound).
• Identifying relevant contacts and decision-makers.
• Qualifying potential leads.
• Scheduling consultation appointments.
• Documenting conversations in the CRM system.
• Close collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements

• Structured and reliable work approach
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is an advantage but not required
