Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

• You are the first point of contact for potential business customers.
• Your goal is to generate interest, identify needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team in Hamburg.
• You do not conduct sales negotiations or close contracts.
• Outbound telephone outreach to companies (B2B outbound)
• Identification of relevant contacts and decision-makers
• Qualification of potential prospects
• Scheduling consultation appointments for our sales team
• Documentation of calls in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with the sales team

Requirements

• Enjoy telephone-based communication
• Confident and professional manner
• Structured and reliable way of working
• Goal-oriented and takes ownership
• Good German skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in sales, customer service, or a call center is an advantage but not required
