Role Overview
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships in Turkey
- Acquire new customers through networking and targeted outreach
- Conduct sales meetings and product presentations
- Attend trade shows and events and follow up on contacts
- Analyze market conditions, competitors, and customer potential
- Prepare quotes and support the process through to contract signing
- Maintain CRM and report to sales management
- Collaborate with Engineering, After Sales and Marketing
- Support sales strategies and campaigns for Turkey
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Existing network of potential customers
- Several years of experience selling high-value capital goods, preferably in product packaging for the food industry / end-of-line packaging machinery
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and closing deals
- Native-level Turkish, very good English, German advantageous
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
- Structured working style and high willingness to travel
- Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office
- Team player with ability to clearly communicate technical solutions
