Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Conduct rigorous balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses to maintain total data transparency.
Oversee the capital expenditure lifecycle—from budget planning and ROI analysis to tracking, asset verification, and reporting.
Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits.
Manage local tax compliance, including tax filings, deferred tax calculations, and coordination with tax agents.
Act as a strategic advisor to operations and cross-functional teams.
Leverage SAP and other ERP systems to automate accounting processes, simplify workflows, and improve data accuracy.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant finance experience, with a mandatory background in manufacturing environments and familiarity with Multi-National Corporation (MNC) cultures.
Solid, hands-on experience in Balance Sheet reviews, Internal Audit/Control, and Tax management.
Demonstrated experience in managing the full Capex lifecycle, including rigorous ROI analysis.
Proficiency in SAP is essential.
Experience with other ERP systems, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and Advanced Excel is highly valued.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
