About this role
Role Overview
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Workday human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Designs, develops, and maintains custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to demonstrate trends which improve management decision making
Prepares and delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual reports/metrics to key stakeholders
Makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates
Ensures standardized reporting across the HST segment as well as site-specific reporting to enable informed decision making
Ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR processes and data in HR systems globally
May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, training and development, and other related initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
At least three years of HR Systems experience with exposure to related areas such as talent, recruiting, workforce planning, job classification and compensation, training, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Familiarity and experience with HR systems and processes
Familiar with internal controls and data privacy regulations
Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
Power BI and Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and charts
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the Workday HRIS and the various dashboards within Workday.
