Innovative Renal Care is one of the largest dialysis service providers in the U.S., dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients with kidney conditions. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support their growing organization, focusing on employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultative advisor to leadership, providing guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Prioritize trust-building across clinical sites, acting as a proactive and approachable resource for both managers and employees
- Interpret multistate employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC); manage full-cycle leave administration and guide managers through state-specific requirements
- Drive inclusive workplace strategies that improve employee engagement and long-term retention
- Collaborate on workforce planning, training development, and HRIS reporting while managing standard HR functions like investigations and workers’ compensation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (SHRM-CP/PHR certifications are a plus)
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience is required, with a deep background in multistate HR compliance and high-touch employee relations
- Proven ability to work in a strategic, advisory capacity (acting as a coach and consultant) rather than a strictly administrative role
- Expert-level knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices across multiple states is required
- Ability to work standard business hours across the EST and CST time zones
- Healthcare experience is strongly preferred due to the specific regulatory and cultural nuances of a clinical environment
- HRIS experience preferred (Workday, UKG, ADP, or similar systems)
