Requirements
15+ years of B2B sales management experience, with at least 8+ years in leadership, including 2+ years specifically managing other managers/leaders.
Experience from rapid-scaling industries, with a proven track record of success in fields such as SaaS, Gaming, E-commerce, Media, or Entertainment.
Deep experience or a strong network within our key Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Broadcasters & Streaming Entities, Brands, Digital Publishers, Gaming studios, or Agencies & Production Companies.
Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to confidently connect, communicate, and align with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.
Experience leveraging AI methodologies, predictive analytics, and modern RevOps tech stacks to drive data-informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
