Team Karimganj is focused on helping US small businesses grow with innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative to engage with local business owners and book qualified demos through consultative phone conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US small-business owners from a clean, provided lead list
- Run consultative conversations that uncover a real business need
- Handle objections naturally and navigate gatekeepers with confidence
- Book qualified 15-minute demos directly into the calendar
- Keep clear, accurate notes on every call in our CRM
- Share feedback from the field so we can sharpen the offer and script over time
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience selling to US small businesses (SDR, appointment setting, inside sales, or similar)
- A native or fully native-sounding US English speaker
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
- Comfort with objection handling and staying composed under a quick 'no'
- Reliability, coachability, and good self-management in a remote setting
- Based in the United States and available during US business hours
- Experience selling websites, digital marketing, software, or AI tools to small businesses is a strong advantage but not essential if your SMB sales instincts are sharp
