Integrates health care science, computer science, and information science to manage and communicate data
Facilitates the integration of data to support operations
Researches, collects & analyzes information
Identifies opportunities, develops solutions, & leads through resolution
Collaborates on performance improvement activities
Responsible for distribution of analytical reports
Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis and create reports.
Research & compiles information to support operational projects & initiatives

Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Health Informatics through a combination of education and experience
At least two (2) years of experience in an informatics or related role
Experience with clinical information systems and health information technology
Basic understanding of clinical treatment modalities, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development
Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management principles
Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles
