About this role
Role Overview
- You are the personal point of contact and advisor for people affected by accidents
- You accompany your clients from the technical damage assessment to the successful enforcement and payout of all accident-related claims
- You arrange an appraiser, a replacement vehicle, and a reliable repair shop for your clients as needed
- You communicate via the fairforce software with clients, insurance companies, partners, and authorities
- You support our clients empathically and with a solution-oriented approach in the exceptional situation of an accident
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience handling motor vehicle accident damage claims
- Confident use of laptops and digital work tools
- Basic hands-on experience with AI tools
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help
- Customer-focused, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong written and spoken German (at least C1)
