Sales Manager – Influencer Management

Role Overview

• fully integrate into agency day-to-day operations and collaborate with Germany’s top influencers
• support in planning and executing influencer campaigns
• manage and support our influencers
• negotiate terms and prepare contracts
• assist our creators in growing their channels
• analyze campaigns based on KPIs, ROI and conversions
• support our clients in selecting suitable influencers

Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing
• strong knowledge of major social media platforms
• ideally experience in sales, account management, business development or negotiations
• good sense for trends and developments in the marketing industry
• strong communication skills and ability to liaise with influencers and brands
• confident in price and contract negotiations
• creativity and performance mindset with a focus on measurable results and ROI
