Write high-performing copy across digital-first channels including: SMS/texting marketing, social media captions, email and marketing automation, digital ads and web content
Support occasional print copy needs (flyers, direct mail, etc.) as extensions of campaigns
Adapt messaging for different audiences, services, funnel stages
AI-Enabled Copy Systems
Build and maintain AI-powered copywriting agents to scale content creation
Translate tone of voice guidelines into effective prompts and structured workflows
Use AI tools to generate, refine, and iterate on copy while maintaining quality and brand integrity
Identify opportunities to improve speed and consistency through automation and templating
Performance & Optimization
Use performance data (engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.) to refine messaging
Test and iterate on headlines, hooks, and offers to improve effectiveness
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in copywriting, content, or digital marketing roles
