Partner with business units to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
Translate business needs into clear, detailed specifications for IT and vendor teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend system solutions to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and loan quality.
Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring system changes meet business requirements and perform as intended.
Develop process flows, use cases, and documentation to support system changes and enhancements.
Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions with IT or vendors.
Assist in system configuration, setup, and maintenance for core mortgage platforms and related applications.
Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure systems meet regulatory and investor requirements.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvements.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required.
3+ years of business systems analysis or related experience in financial services or mortgage lending, Retail; Non-QM/wholesale mortgage experience strongly preferred.
