Assist in managing client/product delivery and release schedules for projects, system changes, service requests, and mandatory releases in strict accordance with client SLAs.
Hands-on configuration of proprietary software systems developed by the company according to requirements documented or reviewed by the Platform Product Owner.
Review client/product requirements analysis and High-Level Test Cases to prepare, execute, and verify functional and regression test cases.
Act as the central point of contact (via email, teleconferencing, and on-site workshops) for the delivery of specific changes and software releases.
Liaise closely with Client Delivery, Technical, and Support teams to ensure seamless compliance with client business requirements and technical specifications.
Evaluate large datasets in conjunction with the product to influence business decisions across departments.
Deliver software releases to clients, provide hands-on support during implementation, and lead on-site support, training sessions, or workshops as requested.
Requirements
A University Degree in Business & IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Strong proficiency in SQL Language is required.
Deep familiarity with testing methodologies, test case execution, and verification with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Proven ability to confidently facilitate both remote and face-to-face client workshops and meetings.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and deliver to tight SLAs while maintaining strict quality standards.
