Nationwide acquisition, pre-qualification and selection of new installation partners in the photovoltaic and heat pump sectors
Support activities during the negotiation phase with new partner companies
Primary point of contact for new installation partners in photovoltaics and heat pumps during the onboarding phase
Planning, coordination and oversight of trial sites/test installations for quality assurance and process validation
Introduction to our internal processes, tools and standards (e.g., digital project workflows, documentation requirements)
Support in conducting training sessions, workshops and feedback meetings
Communication and coordination with internal departments (e.g., project management, technical/engineering, quality assurance)
Documentation of onboarding progress and handover to operations after successful completion
Contribution to the further development of the onboarding process to improve efficiency and quality

Some exposure to or interest in project work, partner support or collaboration with service providers — ideally in the context of renewable energies (e.g., PV or heat pump technology)
Good communication skills and organizational talent — can be demonstrated through studies, part-time jobs or volunteer engagement
Friendly and confident demeanor when interacting with a range of stakeholders
Basic technical understanding, ideally gained through studies, internships or hands-on experience in electrical or plumbing/heating (HVAC)
Structured, solution-oriented working style combined with initiative
Confident use of digital tools
Very good written and spoken German
