Role Overview
- Identify new market opportunities and develop product and technology strategies for the Die Cast industry in Indonesia
- Conduct marketing development activities aligned with Chem-Trend fundamentals
- Analyze Die Cast market trends and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide product and technical support to distributors for technology introduction
- Support management analysis, monthly forecasting, and regular product reviews
- Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships
- Negotiate business growth opportunities and conduct regular customer visits
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conventions, and seminars
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- 2 years in a managerial position
- Preferred experience in technical support and industry-related marketing activities
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent time management
