About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the customer-facing, multi-unit food and beverage program in the Capital One Café network
- Develop and evolve F&B menu offerings
- Set and maintain rigorous operating standards and SOPs
- Drive work around frontline readiness and operational adjustments
- Own the end-to-end relationship and performance metrics for third-party food and beverage operator
- Oversee network performance through customer feedback and operational audits
- Provide tactical and strategic thought partnership to leaders across various departments
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to amplify guest experience
- Manage the F&B program budget and team KPIs/OKRs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
- At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
- At least 5 Years of People Management experience
- Masters / MBA degree (preferred)
- 8+ years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- 6+ years of People Management experience (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills (preferred)
- Excellent problem solving and influencing skills (preferred)
