Lead performance monitoring, accountability agreements, and key provider indicators for health service providers, including Ministry and Ontario Health requirements.
Oversee funding allocation processes, reporting, and risk management that support transparent, evidence-based decision-making.
Negotiate performance plans and targets with providers, securing their commitment to shared outcomes and sustained improvement.
Build trusted relationships with health service providers, government partners, municipalities, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while contributing to policies, tools, and strategies that strengthen regional and cross-regional alignment.
Requirements
Master's degree in Health Administration, Health Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience in a healthcare setting.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience in developing and supporting teams through projects, programs, and/or direct staff management.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is a significant asset.
Senior leadership experience in complex, dynamic healthcare environments.
Significant experience conducting financial analyses and critical evaluations of complex financial programs.
Deep understanding of Ontario's healthcare system, its stakeholders, programs, and challenges.
