Role Overview
- Take a lead role in strengthening client relationships and providing strategic guidance across complex capital programs and construction projects
- Partner with clients to identify construction and capital project delivery risks
- Develop innovative strategies to solve complex business problems
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams
- Oversee successful delivery of project work plans while driving quality and exceptional client service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field)
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management
- Proven success building executive-level client relationships
- Developing new business opportunities and contributing to practice growth
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale capital projects and construction programs
- Experience with construction and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder)
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or similar preferred
