About this role
Role Overview
Take a lead role in strengthening client relationships and providing strategic guidance across complex capital programs and construction projects
Partner with clients to identify construction and capital project delivery risks, technical challenges, and opportunities to enhance efficiency, governance, and performance of capital investments
Develop innovative strategies to solve complex business problems and devise solutions addressing client needs using leading practices and data-driven insights
Help develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
Contribute to the growth of the Capital Projects & Contracts practice
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field)
10+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management
Proven success building executive-level client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to practice growth
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, mentoring future leaders, and managing multiple concurrent engagements
Demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale capital projects and construction programs, including governance, project controls, risk management, contract administration, and program delivery
Experience with construction and project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, Kahua, CMIC, or similar platforms)
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or similar preferred
