Role Overview
- Managing assigned project(s) throughout their full lifecycle
- Developing the scope and technical sections of proposal and procurement documents
- Participating in contract negotiations
- Overseeing the delivery of the project plan
- Proactively managing the budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications
- Providing high level technical tasks while managing and reviewing design related specifications, calculations, reports and plans
- Coordinating with internal and external partners to address and problem solve design related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience
- 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience
- Winning, contracting, and successfully delivering 4for4 (on-time, on-budget, quality, client satisfaction) on smaller projects
- Identifying and escalating risk and change management issues
- Leading a team for a smaller project or task order with no or few subconsultants
- Knowledgeable in MicroStation, InRail, OpenRail, OpenRoads and/or AutoCAD
