You take responsibility for subprojects in the rollout of our ERP software WOWIPORT and develop viable concepts for complex implementation and integration projects in the residential housing sector.
You work closely with decision-makers, advise on functional and process-related questions, and support projects from planning through to a successful go‑live.
You manage internal and external project stakeholders, coordinate the functional and technical implementation, and ensure that project goals, schedules and quality standards are met.
As a sparring partner for your project team, you analyze challenges, evaluate possible courses of action and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions.
You configure WOWIPORT individually for our clients, deliver user training and ensure that users are well prepared for daily work with the system.

You have completed vocational training as a real estate clerk/property management clerk, a degree in real estate management or residential property management, or a comparable commercial qualification.
You have at least three years of professional experience in the housing or real estate sector and are familiar with the industry’s challenges and processes from first-hand experience.
You are enthusiastic about digital solutions, enjoy working with software and ideally already have experience with ERP systems or residential property management software.
You have already led or actively supported projects, preferably in the context of software implementations, digitalization or process optimization.
You approach tasks analytically, solution‑ and result‑oriented, and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
You work remotely throughout Germany and are willing to visit clients on-site regularly to successfully support implementation projects.
