About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the day-to-day management of specific HR operations in employee/workforce relations, and administrative functions;
Assists in providing a wide range of HR support and under the guidance of the Director of Employee/Workforce Relations,
Provides advice, guidance on employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and management.
Requirements
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field.
One to three years’ experience or a combination of education and experience in a Human Resources department.
Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to multi task in a high volume setting required.
