Collaborate with an experienced team of talent acquisition professionals to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies that address clients' immediate and long-term needs
Execute all phases of the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer signing
Create and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates from various industries and markets using multi-channel strategies
Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess and identify top talent
Communicate with both candidates and clients in a timely, professional, and genuine manner
Identify and communicate improvement opportunities and strategies to client stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years experience hiring in an in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment role
Demonstrated excellence in various candidate sourcing methodologies (headhunting, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, market mapping)
Strong client-facing experience and proven ability to manage senior stakeholder and hiring manager relationships
Solid experience conducting competency and behavioral-based interviews
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
Ability to demonstrate flexibility when priorities change and manage competing projects to exceed objectives
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Experience tracking and managing candidates in an ATS system
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in English and Japanese preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
