Meta is a technology company that builds platforms to connect people and grow businesses. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Business AI initiative for Facebook Messenger, focusing on enhancing the experience for millions of businesses using their messaging platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Improve adoption and retention of Business AI experiences on Facebook Messenger
- Understand Meta’s strategic positioning and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and drive value for the 200M businesses that rely on Meta each day
- Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
- Drive product development with teams of Industry-leading engineers and designers, while maintaining team health
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, GTM etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics
Requirements:
- 8 + years product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience leading AI messaging products
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
- Can navigate ambiguity of 0 to 1 and manage the time-critical demands of a high-priority workstream
- Experience using AI to build software products and building AI and agents in production
- Customer-centric product and design intuition
- Can navigate through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution
- Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
- Experience with Business-to-Business (B2B) customer-focused development a plus
- Experience with Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), search, or machine learning
- Experience building for Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise customers
