Responsibilities:

• Following up with individuals who submitted online requests or responded to marketing campaigns
• Scheduling and conducting phone or Zoom appointments
• Providing clear, professional customer service during each interaction
• Explaining available coverage options and assisting with applications
• Maintaining accurate records and participating in ongoing training

Requirements:

• Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing guidance provided; associated costs are the applicant's responsibility unless otherwise specified)
