TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, and they are seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite modules. The role involves collaborating with business teams to resolve support tickets and providing functional software support for end users in finance applications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions
- Write and maintain documentations to ensure accurate resources are shared; document requirements, testing, changes, and corrections to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Conduct user training sessions to educate users on new processes and system functionalities
- Manage multiple support tickets and projects concurrently and deliver high quality results
- Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Demonstrated interest in learning about business systems and supply chain processes
- Demonstrate a self-starter attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to take on new challenges with a positive and proactive approach
- Travel may be required to support implementation projects go live, generally less than 10%
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
- Self-driven and proactive with a desire to learn, contribute, and assist others
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Create clear, complete and concise documents and analytical instruments
- Facilitate and lead meetings with all levels of internal and external personnel
- Ability to coordinate tasks amongst a small team and negotiate solutions across functions
- Prior experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems
- Some level of knowledge in SQL and Oracle EBS applications
- Experience working in cross-functional projects
