The Product Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market and positioning strategy for ECI’s payments solutions, focusing on building effective growth strategies and collaborating with sales and product leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Build a coherent marketing & GTM strategy for our payment solutions
- Use data-driven approaches to identify opportunities across the sales funnel and implement marketing plans to capitalize on them
- Create product messaging frameworks, tailored to each industry we serve
- Define and build buyer personas, and deliver targeted sales/marketing content
- Coordinate cross functionality to prioritize and execute go-to-market initiatives
- Deliver campaigns messaging, strategy, and be a close partner to demand gen
- Develop sales tools, playbooks, and sales enablement programs
- Develop solution centric, customer-facing assets (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, videos)
- Develop compelling product and industry webpage content
- Develop competitive positioning for product(s), including battlecards, win/loss analysis
- Guide customer advocacy and customer use cases
- Lead product launches and all internal and external communications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS platforms, with strong preference for payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure solutions
- Data-driven product marketer with experience analyzing full-funnel performance to inform marketing strategies and measure impact of marketing initiatives
- Compelling storyteller with a strategic and analytical mindset, with ability to turn complex product discussion into value-based narratives
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product management, demand gen, customer marketing, creative, PR
- Experienced in presenting to internal executives with clear, concise content
- Experienced in creating sales tools, campaign content/messaging, and sales plays
- Degree in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience
- Pragmatic Institute certification and/or MBA desirable
