ExpandIQ is an enterprise software company that unifies subscription management, customer data, and email and marketing automation into a single platform. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to define product marketing strategies, enhance product narratives, and improve go-to-market execution across teams.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll own how the company’s products are communicated across the business and in the market
- You’ll define and maintain product narratives grounded in buyer needs and real-world usage
- You’ll lead go-to-market planning for launches, ensure internal readiness, and bring structure and discipline to how product marketing operates
- You’ll shape how Sales tells the product story by owning pitch materials, demo flow, talk tracks, and training
- Partner closely with Product, joining roadmap discussions as direction and timing become clear
- Bring buyer insight into positioning decisions and lead GTM readiness once plans are set
- Work directly with Sales through weekly meetings, call reviews, and training
- Own the narrative, demos, and enablement materials used in deals to ensure value is communicated consistently
- Partner with CS leadership to understand adoption patterns and customer needs
- Participate in advisory-style meetings to gather direct feedback that strengthens messaging and positioning
- Define the product narrative used across campaigns, content, and the website
- Collaborate on thought leadership initiatives where buyer insight informs themes and direction
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software, including complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Direct experience with industries such as media, publishing, associations, event organizers, or selling to marketing, audience, membership, and revenue teams
- Strong experience supporting Sales directly with pitch materials, demo flows, and value-based enablement
- Proven ability to write clear, concise product messaging and narratives
- Hands-on experience owning messaging, positioning, personas, launches, and GTM readiness
